Robert Norman Granger Q.C., is a resident of Hillier, Ontario and is Chairman of The Grange of Prince Edward Inc, an estate winery. Mr. Granger holds a B.A. from the University of Toronto and an LL.B from Osgoode Hall Law School. Mr. Granger practiced law in Toronto for over thirty years mainly in the corporate and securities law areas. In the past Mr. Granger has been an officer and director of a number of resource companies including Oakwood Petroleum Limited, Anvil Range Mining Corporation, United Keno Hill Mines Ltd., Prospectors Alliance Corporation and currently an officer/director of Harricana River Mining Corporation which is exploring a gold property at Val d'Or Quebec, Royal Standard Minerals Inc. which is engaged in exploration for gold in the State of Nevada, and Gaspe Metal Corporation, which is engaged in the exploration for base metals in the Gaspé region of Quebec. Mr. Granger will devote such time to the Company as is required to fulfil his duties as an officer and director. The terms of Mr. Granger's agreement with the Company prohibit him from engaging in activities which would conflict with his office with the Company and controls the disclosure of confidential information.
Stephen Masson, MSc, PGeo, of Flin Flon, Manitoba is President and CEO of Copper Reef with 8 years of public company experience. Mr. Masson held the previous position of President and CEO of Foran, a public company on the TSX-V. He brings strong exploration skills.especially in the Flin Flon Greenstone Belt where he has concentrated his efforts as Exploration Manager for various companies for the past 21 years. Stephen is the current President of the Manitoba-Saskatchewan Prospectors and Developers Association and an active member of MELC, an interprovincial, federal government and industry mineral exploration liaison committee. Stephen is a Member of the Profession Engineers and Geoscientists of both Manitoba and Saskatchewan and a Fellow of the Society of Economic Geology.
William J. Phillips is a businessman and manufacturer. Since January, 1993, Mr. Phillips has been the President, CEO and owner of Woodlore International Inc., a manufacturer of customized furniture.
William J. Jackson, B.A.Sc. is a graduate of the University of Toronto in engineering and has over 20 years of diversified experience in the mining industry.
Mr. Bates is a professional geologist, PGeo (APGO No. 0211) and well experienced in running junior exploration companies. He is currently vice-president of exploration for Pelangio Exploration Inc. He has extensive knowledge of the Flin Flon and Lynn Lake belts of Manitoba and Saskatchewan and knows most of the company's properties intimately, having been a previous employee and manager of Granges Inc. in the 1980s and 1990s. He has extensive experience internationally, having worked in most of the great gold belts of Africa and South America, as well as in the United States, with producing mines and high-level prospects. Aside from this his gold experience, he has experience with base metals both in Central Canada, as well as Ontario and Quebec's great mining camps.
